Border Coast Regional Airport Authority (BRCAA) Director Ryan Cooley at Jack McNamara Field (CEC) will be departing his role to take on the position of Humboldt County Director of Aviation. Cooley will continue to reside in Del Norte County and will assume his new position June 9. Cooley’s Office will be at the California Redwood Coast-Humboldt County Airport (ACV), Joint AND in McKinleyville.
