Here are the projects: Built by Danco Communities Photo credit, Harbor Point Apartments β€’ H Street- Harbor Point Apartments is being built by Danco Communities, consisting of 26 Senior apartments and 1 Manager unit. This is a project the City has been working with Danco for over a decade and finally became feasible after the City was able to obtain a $5M Competitive Local Housing Allocation(CPLHA) grant. After acquiring the funding, Danco was then successful in being awarded housing tax credits which finalized the funding needed to build the development. This project is estimated to be complete and ready for leasing, late Fall. Built by Elk Valley Builders Photo credit, Roosevelt Estates β€’ California St- Roosevelt Estate consists of 56 apartments built by Elk Valley Builders. The project has three phases. Phase 1 (16 units) and Phase 2 (22 units) were recently completed and are being leased.
