The Crescent City Harbor District (CCHD) and the Crescent City Elks Lodge #1689 have entered into a partnership aimed and promoting and enhancing the RV experience at both Redwood Harbor Village RV Park (RHV), formerly the Anchorage RV Park and a Bayside RV Park (Bayside). RHV has been vacant for multi-years. Bayside is partially occupied but has been in disrepair for an extended period of time.
