The alert Crescent City Police Department (CCPD) and K9 Zuko stopped a Crescent City man for what appeared to be a routine traffic stop.In the late evening, 44 year old Chas Rylee was pulled over for running a red light.K9 Sergeant Murtaugh sensed something was aray and dispatched Zuko for a sniff-around. Voila!
