A Brookings man was killed after being hit by a Ford 150 traveling south on the 101, near milepost 359, south of Broookings, Saturday evening, February 22.After the accident, pedestrian William Donald Zehdner age 63, was rushed to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.Then driver of the Ford was identified as Gerald Eugene Stewart, 37 of Crescent City was uninjured.
