Colin was a resident of Crescent City since 1944. He was proceeded in death by his parents Arthur and Cora Kelly, four sisters, an infant granddaughter, and his wife Donna.Colin was a contractor and owner of many businesses, the main business being Woods Plumbing. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. Every fall found him at hunting camp in Idaho.Colin is survived by son Mike Kelly, daughter Pat Ryther, four grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. He is also survived by his second wife Dolly, stepdaughter Crista Broadbent, son in law Joe Broadbent and 5 grandchildren. Colin is survived by his special friend Ricardo deSolenni who was with him to the end of his life.Colin was an old-fashioned man. Hard working. You could take his word to the bank. I would like to thank Hospice and Dr. Blundell for helping us honor Colin's wish to pass away at home. He asked to never go to a nursing home. He is so very missed.
