Alexandra Danielle Diehl, 33 entered a plea of Not Guilty after being charged with felony Hit and Run, VC 20001(a) 192 Vehicular Manslaughter in the December 4 incident which killed Jun Ming Nip, 80.The CHP investigation reported Diehl was driving her 2019 Nissan on Northcrest Drive at Madison, when she struck the victim who was walking across the marked crosswalk at approximately 6pm. The impact hurled the victim to the number 1 lane of southbound traffic. Moments later, a Toyota 4-Runner travelling northbound struck the shopping cart of Mr. Nip. A third vehicle, a white Kia travelling south on Northcrest, noticed the victim laying in the road, swerved but was unable to avoid hitting him.
