The Rural County representatives of California (RCRC) honored Ted Ward, Director of the Del Norte Solid Waste Management Authority (DNSWMA) with the 2024 RCRC President’s Award. The Award is presented each year to recognize individuals who go above and beyond to support and strengthen California’s rural Counties.
