A Huge tree collapsed about six miles East of Hiouchi, completely blocking the Highway.Cal Trans responded expediently with a not-to-be-reckoned truck / and bulldozer attachment. Within 45 minutes, Cal Trans broke up and removed the arbor Obstruction.
