Rhonda Barry does the most impossible but noble gesture: She rescues dogs. The owner of Camp Barry thanklessly yet thankfully saves canines who’ve been abandoned or simply dropped off at her door on Parkway Drive. Admirable!To date, Rhonda has 23 dogs which include 11 adorable puppies, Catahoula/ Lab mix soon to be neutered and spayed.
