The Crescent City Harbor Commission (CCHD) has accepted the resignation of beleaguered Harbormaster Tim Petrick, effective October 1 Petrick has been under intense scrutiny and criticism for alleged misuse of the CCHD credit card and failure to provide commissioners with monthly credit card receipts. Three incumbent commissioners have chosen not to run again. Commissioners Wes White, Brian Stone and president Harry Adams did not file papers for the November 5th election.
