Suspect Mehta was attempting to post $75,000 bond but to date remains in custody at the Del Norte County Jail, awaiting arraignment.Suspect Love Preet Singh, 23 was arrested and charged with unlawful serial intercourse with a minor, Possession of child pornography and an attempted crime.
