Loretta unexpectedly passed away March 10, 2024 in Crescent City California at the age of 88. She was born in Dallas, Texas on December 9, 1935. Loretta is survived by her husband James Tower of 67 years, two daughters, one son, five grandchildren and four great granddaughters. Loretta was a wonderful person, wife, mother, homemaker and friend to all. She was a resident of Del Norte County for 29 years.There will be no services.
