The City and the Harbor announce this week-end’s Tsunami Resiliency Festival, March 23. The Festival will commemorate the 60th anniversary of the 1964 Tsunami which destroyed downtown Crescent City. Events will take place from 11am-9pm.• 11am-3pm Art Walk and Brunch featuring local artists and works.
