Two students from Del Norte Future Farmers of America (FFA) have earned their California State FFA Degrees, last week. Senior Trinity Hawkins and Junior Riley Dubois earned this honor from their work on their agriculture projects, schoolwork,Riley community service and FFA participation. This award is the highest honor the California FFA Organization can bestow upon its members. Trinity has spent time with her breeding goat project, her market lambs, and beef cattle projects, growing and competing at the Del Norte County Fair. Riley has plans to be a veterinarian with a specialty in horse sports medicine. Trinity plans to be a diesel mechanic.
