California stakeholders are invited to submit angler preferences for open fishing dates for the 2024 recreational Pacific halibut season via an online survey. Survey results will be used to develop the California Department of Fish and Wildlife’s (CDFW) recommendations to the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) for the 2024 season.
