Ming Tree Real Estate and Sotheby’s International Realty have jointly announced a new vacant land listing for $2.2 million in Crescent City. The 1.24-acre, now-vacant premium parcel is located at 200 A St., once the site of the long-vacant eyesore “A” Street Medical Office building that was razed last year, after the city declared the property to be a nuisance and in violation of several state health codes. Superior Court-appointed receiver Richardson Griswold Associates removed the structure, including the concrete slab and the hardscape and overgrown vegetation to near-pristine status.
