Phyllis Jean Rickner, devoted wife and mother is survived by Mike, husband of 48 years, son Kenny and daughter-in-law Miranda, daughter Sarah, along with her three brothers and 1 sister, 5 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren. Phyllis was loved by more people than she knew. Phyllis was always willing to help people even when she herself needed help. Always working, she never liked sitting still.
