Accompanied with her daughter and a relic Triplicate newspaper dated July 19, 2000, Judith Woolworth Donahue is renewing her claim that the Crescent City woman is part successor to 262 acres of prime wetlands in Suffolk County, Long Island. The property may be worth as much as $1 million per acre.Discovered within the last 90 days, Judith and her daughter showed up at The Triplicate office with a deed and living will in perpetuity in hand. The document has disclosed detailing a ½ interest to the successors (heirs) of Donahue’s great grandfather, F.W. Woolworth of the famous Woolworth chain.Currently, a Suffolk County gun range leases the 262 acres of wetlands from the Empire state (and covenant heir). No one from primary grantee/property owner state of New York has yet to recognize Judith Woolworth Donahue. With the disclosure of the grant deed and living will, Judith hopes to seek clarification of her stake in the 262-acre parcel.#placement_573654_0_i{width:100%;max-width:550px;margin:0 auto;}var rnd = window.rnd || Math.floor(Math.random()*10e6);var pid573654 = window.pid573654 || rnd;var plc573654 = window.plc573654 || 0;var abkw = window.abkw || '';var absrc = 'https://ads.empowerlocal.co/adserve/;ID=181918;size=0x0;setID=573654;type=js;sw='+screen.width+';sh='+screen.height+';spr='+window.devicePixelRatio+';kw='+abkw+';pid='+pid573654+';place='+(plc573654++)+';rnd='+rnd+';click=CLICK_MACRO_PLACEHOLDER';var _absrc = absrc.split("type=js"); absrc = _absrc[0] + 'type=js;referrer=' + encodeURIComponent(document.location.href) + _absrc[1];document.write('');Judy lives on a modest income and hopes an attorney will help navigate and help her understand options and claims of heredity. It’s been 50 years since her grandmother Jessie Woolworth Donahue passed away. Judith and her family are the last living blood successors through Jessie, then through Jessie’s son, Woolworth Donahue (Judith’s father). The 1963 deed conveys ownership to the state of New York and a covenant (a restriction) who is Judith, then just 10 years old. Until recently, the living will document, and deed could not be located. Most folks have long forgotten the Woolworth name and presence nationally and around the world.
