Harbor Commissioners directed the Harbormaster to negotiate and execute a lease agreement with Port O’Pints Brewing company, LLC for the vacant former Englund Marine building, located at 201 Citizens Dock Road.Upon effectuation of the five-year lease, with a five-year option which commenced December 1, Port O’ Pints principals, John Kirk, MD and his wife Cynthia Parenteau will develop a second restaurant/bar and arcade entertainment venue.Dr. Kirk and Cynthia purchased Port O’Pints in March of 2023. The Napa obstetrician, who practices at Sutter Coast Hospital, also purchased Tsunami Lanes entertainment center and several parcels of commercial real estate on 3rd Street in Crescent City. Dr. John Kirk and wife Cynthia Parenteau own the business. Port O’Pints is responsible for all interior improvements and utilities.Port O’Pints original pub on Northcrest Drive will continue to serve its loyal clientele.Tenants have yet to announce a name of the new business.
