Crescent City Harbor District is thrilled to announce a transformative development that rejuvenates the community and invigorates tourism. In a recent resolution with Renewable Energy Capital (REC), the district has reclaimed Bayside RV Park and Redwood Harbor RV Park.“This settlement strategically propels our Harbor District’s improvement, setting the stage for an exciting future,” explained Board President Wes White.As part of the redevelopment plan, the district is committed to California Coastal Commission regulations, limiting RV stays to a maximum of 30 days at Bayside RV Park. Current long-term residents can continue on a month-to-month basis at existing rates, with updated agreements and registration processes for a smooth transition.Redwood Harbor RV Park is set for a complete revitalization. Planned projects include the construction of a new public restroom at South Beach. Visitors can also look forward to an eclectic array of enhanced activities, like a beer garden, food truck, local farmer’s market and barcade.#placement_573654_0_i{width:100%;max-width:550px;margin:0 auto;}var rnd = window.rnd || Math.floor(Math.random()*10e6);var pid573654 = window.pid573654 || rnd;var plc573654 = window.plc573654 || 0;var abkw = window.abkw || '';var absrc = 'https://ads.empowerlocal.co/adserve/;ID=181918;size=0x0;setID=573654;type=js;sw='+screen.width+';sh='+screen.height+';spr='+window.devicePixelRatio+';kw='+abkw+';pid='+pid573654+';place='+(plc573654++)+';rnd='+rnd+';click=CLICK_MACRO_PLACEHOLDER';var _absrc = absrc.split("type=js"); absrc = _absrc[0] + 'type=js;referrer=' + encodeURIComponent(document.location.href) + _absrc[1];document.write('');With $12 million in grants secured over the past year, and ongoing efforts to obtain further funding, the district is dedicated to making substantial improvements to harbor infrastructure including a new seawall, Citizen’s Dock redesign and improved visitor services.Harbormaster Tim Petrick encourages the community to attend public meetings, typically held on the first and third Tuesday of each month at 2 p.m.“We’re making strides, and we invite you to be part of our progress,” said Petrick.For updates on the Crescent City Harbor District, please visit www.ccharbor.com. googletag.cmd.push(function() { googletag.display('ad-1515727'); });
