James Herbert Holmes was born July 4, 1940, in Omak Washington and died April 4th, 2023, at Monarch Gardens Memory Care Center in Brookings Oregon.There will be a Celebration of his life on June 29th, 2023, at Crescent City Cultural Center, 1001 Front Street Crescent City, CA between 2:00 pm -4:00 pm.
