In the first quarter of 2023, Humboldt Area Foundation and Wild Rivers Community Foundation (HAF+WRCF) has awarded more than $100,000 in “Strategy Grants” to charitable organizations and projects furthering a healthy, just and equitable region where families can thrive.The grants, which address pressing needs in Trinity, Del Norte, Curry and Humboldt counties, range from $1,000 to $30,000, with an average of $10,000.
