With only three members of the city council present, councilors approved a resolution Tuesday evening authorizing the submission to the Clean California Act program.The $3 million grant application will benefit the Crescent City Cultural Gateway. Voting unanimously to meet quorum minimum requirements were Councilor Ray Altman, Mayor Pro Tem Blake Inscore and Mayor Isaiah Wright.The sought-after funds will address the already approved $8 million, in two grants, addressing the bike pump project, Kid Town expansion, trail loop around Beachfront park, the Tolowa Interpretive walk, the Amphitheatre and Water Front Plaza.
