The Wild Rivers Symphony and Wind Ensemble is pleased to announce “At the Movies,” its upcoming spring concert series at Crescent City and Brookings, Ore. on April 16 and 17. The Crescent City concert will begin at 3 p.m. on Sunday, April 16, at the Crescent Elk Middle School auditorium, 994 G Street, in Crescent City. The Brookings concert begins at 7 p.m. on Monday, April 17, at Trinity Lutheran Church, 1200 Easy Street, in Brookings.Concert tickets are $10 if purchased in advance, or $12 purchased at the door. Youth through grade 12 are admitted free. Tickets can be purchased in advance at Del Norte Office Supply in Crescent City and at Wright’s Custom Framing in Brookings. Tickets are also conveniently available online at: www.WildRiversSymphony.orgThe Wild Rivers Symphony, a non-profit volunteer community orchestra led by Daniel Sedgwick, is comprised of more than fifty Del Norte County and Curry County musicians devoted to live performance of orchestral music from classical to cutting-edge.
