Crescent City is the latest governance to join the Community Economic Resilience Fund grant application for what can only be described as one of the largest grant applications ever for Del Norte County. The vote to join the Harbor District was unanimous.The state has divided post COVID economic recovery into 13 districts. Del Norte County is part of the Redwood Coast District, which also includes Humboldt and Mendocino counties, vying for $50 million in state funding.
