Del Norte County Elections Clerk Alissia Northrup has certified the election and administered the oath of office Tuesday to now-Fifth District Supervisor Dean Wilson.Wilson took his oath earlier than anticipated because his election was a special election to fill the remainder of the Bob Berkowitz term.
