The College of the Redwoods Board of Trustees announced the end of their COVID-19 vaccine mandate at their Nov. 1 meeting.Looking at the steep decline in COVID-19 hospitalizations and deaths in the District, Governor Newsom’s announcement that he will end the state's COVID-19 state of emergency on February 28, 2023, and to aid in CR’s continued efforts to build back enrollments, the Board of Trustees retired two policies related to CR’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate - Board Policy 2900 and Administrative Policy 2900.
