The scenic portion of Howland Hill Road which winds through Jedediah Smith Redwoods State Park reopened to all vehicle, pedestrian, and bicycle traffic by late afternoon Friday, June 17. The road had been closed for the past week.Other scenic drives are also open for exploring the beautiful old-growth forests of Redwood National and State Parks. They include: Walker Road, Highway 199, Newton B.
