We have known Frank for 11 years and consider him to be a true friend.One of the first people that we met when moving to Crescent City, Frank and his extended family welcomed us and took us in with open arms. Not only a friend, Frank has been a great mentor to us in our first ever business venture as owners of Pacific Northwest Physical Therapy.Frank possesses entrepreneurial acumen. He has started and run several successful businesses.
