Stace Fisher peacefully passed away at home in his favorite chair, also known as the throne, on May 10, 2022, with his loving wife Teri by his side. Stace was born and raised in Klamath and never wanted to be too far away from his home on the coast. He logged for 40 plus years and amazingly survived it into retirement after many, many injuries and close calls. Later in life after giving up drag racing, Stace developed a passion for street rods. He built several cars from the ground up, from framework and paint, to fully blown engines. He was a master mechanic, fabricator, and part magician, creating beautiful cars out of next to nothing.Stace was preceded in death by his parents, grandson Russell, and younger sister Rochelle Bush Michaels of Medford, Oregon. He is survived by his wife of 59 years Teri, his daughter Tracy of Las Vegas, his son Stacey Jr. of Klamath; grandchildren Lance, Nick, Sarah, and sister Venita Corcovelos of Crescent City.Stace loved telling the tales of his adventures in logging and life. He lived like a legend, our legend, living his life to the fullest. It will never be the same here without you.At his headstrong, determined, and inflexible request, there will be no services.
