The Crescent City/Del Norte County Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce this year’s 4th of July theme of “Small Towns, Big Hearts” fits right in with the sentiments of this year’s Grand Marshals, Nick and Lisa Rail.Nick and Lisa Rail have made a huge impact on our Del Norte County towns with their more than generous donations of musical instruments to children through the school system. Along with the musical instruments, the Rails have also donated approximately $180,000 for refurbishing Crescent Elk Middle School Auditorium.The chamber invites everyone to enjoy this year’s 4th of July parade to celebrate Grand Marshals Nick and Lisa Rail.
