This is not the first time that the City of Crescent City in Del Norte County, California, has sought criminal charges against relatively innocent people. Alex Campbell, Interim Mayor, was convicted of a similar wrongdoing in 2020. Neither of these individuals were attempting to vote twice. Both are highly professional, civic minded people who have been brutally taken down by some ominous political force that seems to serve no purpose at all.
